1. Usage
The machine is used for compact-strand bare aluminum wire, bare copper wire and ACSR to produce power cables.
2. Feature
2.1.Tension control of the take-up can be set changed and displayed on the touch panel.
2.2. Pitch can be set, changed and displayed on touch panels, and also the laying (to right or left),point moving and fast moving,
can be set on touch panel.
2.3. No abrasion damage when stranding.
2.4. Most advanced emergency stop device.
2.5. Suitable for power cables and high compacted cross linking cables.
2.6. PLC control system, operating on touch screen.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
